Report a post or a user
Use the report option on the post inside the app, or email devisfuture00@gmail.com with a description and a screenshot. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours; content involving child safety or a credible threat is handled immediately and reported to the authorities. The rules we enforce are in the Terms of Service.
Common questions
The app can't find my location
Check that location permission is granted under Android Settings → Apps → Roamly → Permissions, and that location services are on for the phone. Indoors, a GPS fix can take a while — you can always search for the place or drag the pin instead of waiting.
My imported photo landed in the wrong place
Roamly reads the GPS coordinates stored inside the photo file. Some apps and messaging services strip that data out, and some cameras record it poorly. When the coordinates are missing or wrong, drag the pin or search for the correct place before publishing.
My post is stuck as "pending"
Posts made offline wait in an outbox and publish themselves once you have a connection. Open the app while online and give it a moment. If a post stays stuck after that, email us.
Who can see my posts?
Only the people you choose. A public post — including its photo, caption and coordinates — is visible to other Roamly users. A private post is visible only to you. You set this per post, and you can change it afterwards.
Can I hide the exact location?
You control the pin. Before publishing, move it or search for a nearby landmark instead of your exact spot. Posting from home is the case to be careful about.
How do I delete a post?
Open the post in the app and choose delete. The photo, its pin and its geotag are removed. The original picture stays in your phone's photo library.
How do I delete my whole account?
Follow the steps on Delete your account.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No to both. The Privacy Policy sets out everything that is collected and everyone it is shared with.
