Delete your account and data

You can have your Roamly account and everything in it permanently deleted. You do not need the app installed to make the request, and you do not have to give a reason.

Deletion is permanent. Your photos, pins, trips and country statistics cannot be recovered once the request is processed. If you want to keep your pictures, save them from the app first — the originals stay in your phone's own photo library either way.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address on your account. Send a message to devisfuture00@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Roamly account”. Sending it from the account's own email address is how we confirm the request is really yours.
  2. Tell us which account. Include the email address and display name on the account. Nothing else is needed.
  3. Confirm. We reply within 3 working days asking you to confirm. This one extra step exists so that nobody can delete your travel history by guessing your address.
  4. We delete it. Once you confirm, your account and content are removed. You will get a final email when it's done.
